Who will you hear from at the event?
We are delighted to be joined by Dr Alison Koslowski from the University of Edinburgh, who will share with us findings of paternity leave uptake and how other countries make it work.
We will also hear from Helen Miller from EHRC on pregnancy and maternity discrimination research findings and how best to manage pregnancy and maternity in the workplace. Some of Scotland’s leading employers, including Lloyds Banking Group and Sistema Scotland will be demonstrating how they support parents in their workplace, enabling them to balance work and family life.
Delegates will hear from employers who are excelling at supporting parents in the workplace through culture change, policies and practices. As an attendee at the event, you will come away with real life practical examples of good practice in the workplace.
