FFWS Champions support the objectives of the FFWS programme. These individuals are passionate advocates for family friendly working, who have first-hand experience and an understanding of how this benefits employees, employers and wider society.

Harvey Tilley

Chief Operating Officer, Independent Living Fund 

Although Harvey began his career in the British Army, he has spent the best part of the last 15 years working in the voluntary sector. Specifically this has been in the areas of homelessness, disability, care, grant giving and employability. Read more
